What you'll do

Overview

Kenya is not simply a country for world class wildlife holidays. The beautiful landscapes that play host to the majestic animals you can spot doubles as a natural adventure playground for thrill seekers. On this short break in Kenya, trek to waterfalls on the slopes of it's tallest mountain, mountain bike along trails that take you far from the tourist trails, and raft through the jungle on some of the best rapids in the world.

Your five days in Kenya starts when you are picked up from Nairobi airport and are taken straight to your first stop, an adventure camp on the banks of the Sagana River, where you have a chance to relax and refresh, ready for your whirlwind adventure.

From there, you’ll spend the next four days rafting down the mighty Tana river, biking some of Kenya’s finest single-track trails and hiking to lost waterfalls on the stunning slopes of Mt Kenya. You’ll sleep in cosy riverside cottages and relax around warm fires at Castle Forest lodge, where Elizabeth stayed before she became Queen.

From sleeping under the stars at a hilltop wild camp to sharing stories of thrilling days around the campfire, this is a trip that guarantees to create long lasting memories of genuine adventure and exploration of remote, beautiful corners of Kenya.
