We use a variety of carefully-selected premium locations on our tours, and a premium tour includes a visit to a high quality, sophisticated & modern Peruvian/Japanese fusion restaurant in the Unesco-protected Dalt Vila, a Michelin-class tapas, a visit to the biggest & best jamón supplier in Ibiza, and much more.
