Breath Work and Sound Journey:
Our sound journey provides an inner journey guided by numerous sounds, all with varying frequencies and vibrations… each resonating with different parts of the body. These tones can lead you into a state of total relaxation in which healing and connection to a higher consciousness can take place. On Saturday evening we have a 75 minute session exploring the breath. We dive into a guided circular breathing session and discover its powerful energising and trauma releasing benefits.
Cold Water Immersion:
Witness and receive the powerful physical, energetic and emotional benefits of this practice. Cold water has many physiological effects on our body from soothing aching muscles to releasing endorphins and stimulating the lymphatic system. We learn how to control breathing, keep calm and relax with deep breathing to get over initial cold shock. Regardless of your experience all the guidance will be given to allow you to immerse yourself in this incredible healing practice.
Holistic Treatments:
There will be plenty of time to indulge in a body treatment or two with one on our superb in house therapists.
